Sports I’d like to watch but never have: Pesapallo, Hornussen.

You’re not much of a fan of the winter Olympics….
This is a tough list to make. I would definitely have the Tour de France high up, but only the important stages. This year there are six stages that I would sacrifice a cricket Test match for.
So, with that sort of licence taken:
Tour de France (important stages)
Cricket Test between Australia and another good/interesting team
State of Origin
Soccer World Cup
Summer Olympics
Winter Olympics
UEFA Champions League
World Swimming Championships
One-day cycling classics
Rugby Tests between top-level sides (despite the fact that I would regularly fall asleep watching some northern hemisphere matches, I still used to watch most of the Six Nations games when I was in France)
European Cup club rugby (I’d almost say this is better than the Six Nations)
Rugby league internationals between Tri-Nations sides
NRL games
MLB
NHL (don’t know what this is doing so low down… I love ice hockey)
Domestic cricket
Netball (Aus v NZ, ANZ Championship; I’ve been watching a bit of the latter since getting One HD)
NBA
— (below here I get bored watching)
AFL
NFL
Indy Car (these used to be good in the olden days, before the split that left me recognising none of the names)
Moto GP
F1
NASCAR/Touring Car etc.

Hmm, I guess the winter olympics could move up – there are some impressive events.
Swimming would be quite low on my list. I might add horse racing at the bottom too…

And yes, this list is very hard to make. Honestly I would like to see Australian domestic cricket more than most of these sports but that might be because I used to watch it heaps when I was a kid and I haven’t seen it in years.
